How to Track your online food order status

You can track your order status online or through a call on our customer service number.

• Enter Your Order Id: You get a unique order id at the time of booking. Enter your unique Order Id.
• Enter Mobile Number: You have to enter your mobile number which you enter at the time of booking.
• To Track Your Order Click on “Track Now” Button.

How the Order status is shown

When you track track your order status, the status shown as below:

The Order Status updates can be-

• Order Placed: Depicting that the order has been received and is awaiting for confirmation from the restaurant's end.
• Order Accepted: The restaurant to which one has placed the order has confirmed the order at their end.
• Delivered: Order has been delivered
